Our company is devoted to serving our clients diligently and professionally. To achieve this objective, it is our belief that knowledge is important to us and our clients as well. We know that knowledge comes from training, therefore we have given ourselves the following training policy:-

All our staff are expected to perform their duties very well, therefore each staff will have a Personal Development Plan (PDP) that must be achieved in terms of training on yearly basis. It is the responsibility of our company to ensure that every staff grows through Training and Development; therefore we must budget for staff training on yearly basis. Also we will have group shared knowledge which will require every staff to receive certain training on compulsory basis every year. Our staff will also be trained on all processes and services we carry out.

We shall encourage certification where it is available and applicable. We shall also create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), that will enable us to carry out our assignments professionally. Our clients will benefit from knowledge transfer as we implement their projects and render services to them. We shall release training courses for the public to cover technical subjects and soft skills. These courses may be run in-plant, in-house, our workshops and conferences will also be of immense benefit to our immediate community, clients, Government and the international community. The community in which we operate will benefit from our platforms which are sales Academy, Project Management Foundation, Success Club, Mentoring Institute and ICT club. Our workplace news and CIO news will be platforms for knowledge transfer. All our staff and management are committed to achieve the contents of this policy document.

Our objectives in this document are clearly linked to our Quality Policy, Safety Policy, Performance Policy as well as our vision and mission statements and our core values. Our profile containing our vision and mission statements and core values is also enclosed.

PERFORMANCE POLICY VERSION 2.0 OF 2019

As a company that exists to serve other companies to earn our income, we commit to listening clearly to understand the instructions and needs of our clients. We will use all professional methods available to us to understand fully their instructions and needs. Thereafter, we shall do exactly what they want, to ensure that the problems for which they have trusted us is eliminated. The clients must then indicate satisfaction verbally or in writing. Where a client expresses dissatisfaction, we commit to carrying out the assignment again at no cost, if we are not able to do so, we shall refund the professional fee paid to us.

In our company, we are aware that safety guarantees life while quality guarantees our jobs, therefore we shall strive at all times to work in very safe environments. All our workers must dress appropriately to ensure safety at all times. We must eliminate all conditions that are capable of causing danger to  lives and property. We shall take at all times all necessary steps to upgrade the knowledge of our staff on modern safety procedures, and reward any outstanding performance towards making our environment safe, while also punishing any attitude or work practice that endangers our lives and properties.

He holds a Diploma in Accounting from University of Lagos, BSC Physics/Electronics from University of Port-Harcourt, MBA from ESUT Business School Enugu; he also holds MSC Human Resources from the same University. He also holds professional certificates of MCSE, PMP, and ITIL. He attended training courses in USA and Canada.

His professional Membership include:-

MNIM, MNCS, MCPN, A.IOD

He was country Project Manager, NCR (Nigeria) PLC and implemented high impact projects including NACS for Nigeria Interbank settlement System (NIBSS), Payment system for Union Bank of Nigeria PLC, First Bank of Nigeria PLC, Mainstream Bank PLC and Wema Bank PLC.

He was MD/CEO of Integrated Bank Inc, a subsidiary of Ibanktech Inc USA, Deputy Managing Partner, Michael Stevens Consulting Lagos,

Deployment Director ATMC Lagos. He has been a high impact consultant since 2009. His CV is enclosed

 

  1. MRS BLESSING ADAKU UCHE

She holds BA French from University of Ibadan, MA French, PGD Education, ME.d Guidance and Counseling all from University of Lagos.

She also holds a Diploma in Theology from PIBS Lagos. She is a counselor, teacher, Pastor and reputable Educational Consultant. She is in-charge of our training and development.

She holds LLB (Hons.) from University of Lagos and BL from the Nigerian Law School. She is a Practicing lawyer and our Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
